Project objectives for this session
During this session you will have to divide your group into 2 teams. The first will work on the identification of business processes and associated measurements in order to produce a first version of the dimensional diagram. The second will work on the design of dashboards and associated indicators.
For 1h15 each team joins that of another group on the same theme. Then you return to your original group to share what you learned and produced with the other members of your team.
For the next session, you must have produced a first version of the dimensional diagram and dashboards mock-ups.
